Mike is someone for whom I personally have a great deal of respect – he is a fabulous designer, an innovative thinker, and a supportive team member. I’m always a fan of the beautiful design work that he produces. In addition to this design talent, he is a great collaborator. He worked iteratively with other team members to ensure the best product possible and he truly listened to the feedback and ideas of others. His way at looking at and thinking through problems also left a big impression on me; he is a creative thinker, a problem solver – and whether he was throwing out ideas about a specific project or looking at big-picture business goals, he often came up with ideas from unexpected directions. I am happy to have had the opportunity to work with Mike.
